I let him know that he wasn’t giving me a chance to explain the situation. He cut me off there and said that it wasn’t wrong and that he had the ticket right there.
When I called the manager argued with me that the fries couldn’t possibly be stale and when he finally said sorry I began to mention that his order was wrong but wasn’t necessarily his fault. I’ve owned a business bakery before and I know that I’d want to know if my product is going out the door less than satisfactory. our food was delivered the fries were terribly stale, my husband didn’t get what he had ordered (that was ubers rats fault, they have it set up in a confusing way), both our meals were just really flavorless, and our jalapeño poppers had a lot of uncooked bacon. My husband and I ordered food to go because we wanted to support a restaurant during a time where restaurants may be struggling. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had such a bad experience with a restaurant both with food and customer service. my last comment was it will be a long time before you see me in here again. suggestion: maybe count your cash later and get in the kitchen and take care of your customers.) on my previous visit he was the cook and he forgot one of the orders on the ticket so maybe not.Īfter 45 minutes the former owner (older gentleman) comes over and askes how my coffee is to which we had a short conversation about what was currently happening and his reply was the issue was the cook didn't show up so I replied and you have no backup? he replied "not in this day and age". ( would have been nice if she would have just came clean and told me the cook didn't show up) the owner was counting cash out at the bar when I arrived I also noticed he went outside to see what someone had in there car trunk. I figured the first time may have been a fluke so gave them a second try.
I visited for breakfast for second time and the place is still a disaster.
